Minecraft-Utsuho Reiuji

I've been working for a few weeks so far on it (Largely due to the ridiculous amount of hair). I'm not quite satisfied with it yet, so expect the file image to change a bit. Also, if you could tell me how well I did it in comparison to the picture (ESPECIALLY THE HAIR/SKIRT), I'd really appreciate it. I've never really done either of those before now, so some advice on my strong and weak points in those areas would be appreciated.
